Lakeland Florida Family Photography

I had the pleasure of photographing the Purcell Family during a magical Fall family session at the beautiful Lakeland creek. It was a joy to reconnect with this lovely family, whom I had previously photographed during a newborn session. 

The creek has always been a dream location for me, and I was thrilled when the mom suggested it for their session. As a frequent visitor to the park, I had spent countless hours studying the light and composition in this area, so I was well-prepared to capture the perfect shots. 

Mom looked absolutely stunning in her dress from Hill House, and her talent for styling her family was evident in their impeccable outfits. The use of neutrals added a polished touch to the images, while also ensuring that no unwanted tones reflected on their skin. The whole look was simply perfect. 

But it wasn’t just the location and outfits that made this session special. The Purcell Family’s connection and playfulness truly shined through. They embraced spontaneity and let their children take the lead, resulting in images that captured their genuine joy and engagement. 

Photographing this family at the Lakeland creek was just a dream come true, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with this sweet family again in the near future.
